Installation, Operation, and Service Instructions
10-inch All-Stationary Navigator with a 4-Conductor Control Cable
The 10-inch all stationary Navigator has a 4-conductor cable exiting the lightbar. Each wire has the following
function:
BLACK WIRE:
Attach this wire to a known good vehicle ground.
MODE 1:
Ap12 Vdc to the
RED
wire activates flashing mode. This wire must be on a switched feed that is
fused at 10 A.
WHITE LIGHT:
Ap 12 Vdc to the
WHITE
wire while the lightbar is flashing activates the white LEDs in the
lightheads, if installed (White Light Enable). If used, this wire must be on a switched feed that is fused at 10 A.
WORK LIGHT:
Apply + Vdc to the
GREEN
wire activates flashing.

A 10-inch or 18-inch all-rotator N avigator has a 4-conductor cable exiting the lightbar. Each wire has the
following function:
BLACK WIRE:
Attach this wire to a known good vehicle ground.
90 RPM:
Ap12 Vdc to the
RED
wire turns on the rotators, which spin at 90 RPM. This wire must be on a
switched feed that is fused at 10 A
WHITE LIGHT:
Ap 12 Vdc to the
WHITE
wire while the while the rotators are active activates the white in
the rotators configured with white light. The rotator LEDs are white to the front and a primary color to the rear. If
used, this wire must be on a switched feed that is fused at 10 A.
120 RPM:
Ap12 Vdc to the
GREEN
wire turns on the rotators, which spin at 120 RPM. This wire must be
on a switched feed that is fused at 10 A.
