Safety Instructions
1.
Toxic fumes may be produced during spraying certain substances and this can lead
to poisoning and health-threaten. Always wear goggles, a protective gloves and a
mask to prevent of poisoning and contact skin and eyes with solvent or paint.
2.
Never use an oxygen or other flammable gases as a power source
because it may cause the explosion and serious damage to health.
3.
Liquids and solvents may be highly flammable and inflammatory.
Use the tool only in well ventilated areas, avoid any possible source
of ignition such as tobacco, open flame or electrostatic threat.
4.
Unplug the tool from a hose supplying air before maintenance or after
end of work, in case of emergency and unplanned situations, it is
recommended to keep the ball valve near the gun.
5.
Use clean, dry compressed air with power 3.0-4.0 bar, never exceed
the maximum allowed pressure 8.3 bar (120psi).
6.
Never use materials and solutions which may react chemically with aluminum or
zinc.
7.
Never aim the tool towards others under no circumstances.
8.
Before the tool will be used, check if all screws and caps are tightened.
9.
Before painting, check the trigger and nozzle to be sure if the tool is working
correctly.
10.
Never modify this tool for other tasks. Use only parts, nozzles and accessories
recommended by the manufacturer.

Preparation
1.
After unpacking the tool, examine carefully the product paying special attention to
damages caused during transport. Make sure if all screws etc.
are well tightened.
2.
Mix thoroughly and dilute the paint according to instructions of the paint
