Staple the block with end papers as shown (chapters 8
and 9). For best binding strength, double side stapling
is recommended. Remember to leave cutting margins if
you finalize the book with a guillotine.
Cover has to be creased according to book block
thickness for best result. Start by measuring book block
width (A) and thickness (C). Opening crease is for
example 7 mm ( 0,27” ).
Creases are positioned:
1. 203 mm = A - B = 203 mm ( opening crease )
2. 210 mm = A
3. 223 mm = A + C + 1 mm
4. 230 mm = A + C + 1 mm +B (opening crease)
