1.

 

Place all controls in neutral, stop the 

engine,  set  the  parking  brake,  and 

remove  the  ignition  key  before 

dismounting.

 

2.

 

Retract  the  transport  lock  pins  from 

their cradles.

 

3.

 

Open  the  valve  to  the  boom  lift 

cylinder that allows it to lower.

 

4.

 

Be sure that there is sufficient space 

to  swing  the  booms  into  their  field 

position.

 

5.

 

Start the tractor and run at 1/3 throttle 

to 

provide 

oil 

for 

boom 

position/folding 

cylinders.

.

 

6.

 

Raise  the  booms  to  lift  them  out  of 

their  cradles  with  the  Main  Wing 

Height Switch (B).

 

7.

 

Rotate the inner booms out with the 

Main Wing Fold Switch (D) until they 

are 90° to the frame. Watch for any 

interference.

 

8.

 

Flip the outer booms out with the Flip 

Wings Fold Switch (E) into their fully 

extended position.

 

9.

 

Lower the boom to spray height.

 

10.

 

Boom is in field position.
