TROUBLESHOOTING – GREEN LIGHT
GREEN INDICATOR LIGHT MEANINGS, SMART FEED CONTROL SYSTEM
NUMBER OF BLINKS
MEANING
Green indicator light is not on. Control system is not on or is not receiving electricity.
2 Blinks – Sensor fault
Possible causes of fault:
• The system hasn’t had time to learn the rotational speed.
• The rpm of the tractor has fluctuated during start-up.
• The rotor isn’t spinning.
• The No Stress sensor does not recognize the tab on the knife
disc.
• The No Stress sensor isn’t receiving supply voltage.
• The wiring is faulty.
3 Blinks – Input fault
Possible causes of fault:
• Opposite directional buttons have been pressed on the remote
controller (if assembled).
• The switch or the remote controller is faulty (if assembled).
4 Blinks – Output fault
Short circuit.
• The feed output of the valve connectors, switches or inductive
sensor has short circuited with the ground or with the battery
voltage.
• Check for e.g., damaged valve cap or wiring.
5 blinks – Another fault
Possible causes of fault:
• The wiring has a bad connection to the pressure sensor.
• The pressure sensor is faulty.
• The 5V feed voltage line of the pressure sensor has short
circuited.
Check wiring connections and pressure sensor.
• The emergency stop button has been pressed.
• While bypassing the No Stress function, the Feed forward switch
was activated when the electricity was turned on, but the switch
was released before 5 seconds had passed after turning on the
electricity.
