KEEP THIS USER MANUAL
This manual will be necessary for the safety information
and precautions, installation, use and maintenance instruc-
tions. Keep this manual in a safe place so that can refer you
more later.
NOTE
Caveats, advice and instructions contained in this manual
cannot cover all of the conditions and situations that may
occur.
Common sense and caution cannot be integrated into the
product and must be supplied by the user.
ATTENTION: the use of motorized equipment requires
basic precautions to reduce the risk of accidents and
injury.

Plate fixation, crank of troubleshooting, remote control and
2 clamps of power.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCT

Read all instructions before using the winch
ATTENTION:
Please follow these safety instructions for
your personal safety and that of others because the use of
motorized equipment requires basic precautions to reduce
the risk of accidents and personal injuries or damage to the
equipment.
-The operator must always act in accordance with the ins-
tructions for use;
-The user must lift the load from the ground to the mini-
mum speed of the winch. Cable (String, strap) must be
tight and should not be slack when the load is lifted from
the ground.
-It is forbidden to lift loads greater than the rated capacity
of the hoist;
-Do not attempt to lift loads fixed or blocked;
-Do not apply lateral traction on charges with winches for
lifting and descent of suspended loads;
-Any excessive idle (for example, engine powered by brief
pulses) should be avoided;
-Do not transport people.
All maintenance and repair work required for the operation
of the winch must be described, for example:
-Lubrication of cables, chains, gear boxes, bearings, brackets,
etc.
-Inspection of the wear parts, such as cables, chains, hooks,
straps and brake pads. Specification of intervals of test and
inspection, as well as criteria of removal;
-Principle of operation of the devices of protection and
regulations in case of outbreak of these devices, for example
when a new setting of the emergency stop device;
-Information related to the verification of the correct opera-
tion of the limiters must be given;
-Measures to avoid possible damage to the winch, in case
of incorrect phase sequence, must be indicated in the infor-
mation to use.

Non respect of these instructions can result in severe injury
or death.
To avoid injury to hands and fingers.
Keep your hands of the cable, the loop of the hook and cable
guide during the installation, use, winching or unwinding.
Always be extremely careful to handle the hook and cable
during winching.
Always use the hook strap provided whenever you roll or
unroll the cable during the installation or winching to avoid
injury to hands and fingers.
ATTENTION
CHEMICAL RISKS AND FIRE
Non respect of these instructions can result in severe injury
or death.
Remove all you jewelry, go back and tie your hair long and
possibly cover them with a Cap. Wear eye protection.
Don’t never lean on the battery to connect the cables.
Ensure that the area to drill for mounting is not on the fuel,
brakes, electrical system, etc.
Do not pass the electric cables:
-over sharp edges
-through or near moving parts
-close to parts that can heat
Insulate and protect all cables and electrical connectors.
Always perform the electric connections as indicated in the
manual.

Non respect of these instructions can result in severe injury
or death.
Never use as a hoist or to suspend a load.
Never use it to move up, or move a person.

Non compliance with these instructions may cause minor
injuries to moderate.
General precautions:
First know your winch: take time to read and understand
this manual installation and use, and the basic techniques
of winching guide to familiarize yourself with your winch
and the winching operation.
Do not use this winch if you are under 16 years old.
Never use this winch if you are underwater influence of
drugs, alcohol or medication.
Never exceed the capacity of the winch and cable. Double
cable by using a pulley to cover opening to reduce the load.
Facility security:
Always choose a mounting location that is strong enough to
support the capacity of your winch’s maximum traction.
Always use the switches, remote controls, accessories and
components facility approved by the manufacturer.
Always use the hardware level 5 minimum, never welded
bolts, or longer than the original bolts.
Always finish the Assembly of the winch and I’ attachment
of the hook to the loop to crochet before you connect the
winch before installation.
Always place the cable guide with the WARNING label
above.
Always wrap the cable on the drum as shown on the label of
the drum on the winch.
Required for the proper functioning of the automatic brake
(if winch is so equipped) and the correct orientation of ins-
tallation: always extend the cable before use and rewind in
charge before using it.
A taut cable avoids the risk of jam and damage the cable
during the unwinding.
The safety of the winch:
Always inspect the winch and the condition of the cable
before use. A frayed, twisted, or damaged cable must be
replaced immediately. If the winch is damaged or if the
game, it is necessary to fix it immediately.
Never leave remote control plugged during manipulations,
the manual winching, or at rest.
