25 Year Warranty
Limited Warranty:
Subject to the terms below, Fan Turbine, In c. ("Fan Turbine") w arrants it s products aga in st
defects in parts or components under norma l use cons i stent with product i nstructions for 25
(twenty five) years. This w arranty extends only to the Purchaser and cannot be ass i gned to
any other party . I f w arranted products conta in defects covered under this w arranty , Fan
Turbine' obligation sha ll be lim ited to , i n Fan Turbine' so l e and abso lu te discretion, repairing
or replacing the defective parts within the Turbine assembly (generator, mount, bracket,
bearing, and shaft) and Blades as pictured here:
Warranty Claims:
No rights may be exerc i sed under this w arranty unless the Purchaser registers the product
for w arranty coverage wi th in s ix ty (60) days after purchase or provides proof of purchase.
Purchaser can register the product for w arranty coverage on lin e at www . FanTurbine .co m
or by completing and return ing the w arranty registrat ion card inc lud ed with the product, in
which case the product will be cons id ered registered as of the postmark date on the w arranty
registration card . Notice of any defect covered under this w arranty must be g iv en wi th i n th irty
(30) Days of the date the defect i s d i scovered . Notice sha l l be in wr iting or by telephone.
Notices by te l ephone sha ll be made by calling Customer Serv ic e at 800-489-0908 and wri tten
notices shall be sent to :

Attn.: Customer Service - Warranties
The Purchaser must provide Fan Turbine the following: ( 1 ) the date the defect w as discovered;
( 2 ) ev i dence of the defect, i nclud in g , w ithout l imitat i on , photographs and a verbal/written
description of the defect; ( 3 ) the ser i al number of the product; (4) the or i g in al purchase date of
the product ; ( 5 ) the loc at i on of the product; and (6) the name, address , and phone number of
the party making the w arranty claim.
We reserve the right to an on-site i nspection by an author i zed serv ic e representative. If i t
becomes necessary for the product to be sh i pped to the Factory Authorized
Dealer/Service Center, the Purchaser shal l be responsible for transporti ng the product
to and from the Factory Authorized Dea l er / Service Center . Additionally, reasonable
travel charges of the inspector may be assessed in cases wh ere the product i s in a
remote locat ion.
If w e, in our sole discretion, determine that repairs are not feas ibl e , we reserve the right to
provide a replacement part or product in l i eu of repair. We wi l l replace w ith a part of value equa l
