Thread the 3-inch
pipe nipple
into one of the

-inch
flanges
(first applying a few drops of
lubricating oil to the threaded ends), and then
insert the nipple through the countersunk
hole in the
center support
. Attach the flange
to the center support using four 1

-inch
pan
head screws.
