Preference Setup
TV Type
Select the TV colour type from PAL, AUTO or NTSC
Audio
Please select the preferred language for DVD Audio.
• The selected language is assigned high priority and can therefore be adopted automatically
when the player begins playing a disc.
• Languages vary between discs depending on the DVD, An alternative language can be selected
by pressing
AUDIO on the remote control.
Subtitle
Selects the preferred language for recorded subtitles on DVD discs.
• The selected subtitle language is assigned high priority and can therefore be adopted
automatically when the player begins playing a disc.
• Languages vary between discs depending on the DVD, An alternative subtitle language can be
selected by pressing
SUBTITLE
on the remote control.
Disc Menu
Select the preferred language for the disc menu recorded on the DVD disc. This choice varies between
discs.
Parental
It is possible to restrict playback of certain discs based on their age. For example certain scenes can be
blocked or replaced if the function is available on the disc. The parental function allows access level to
be set, this function is password protected.
Note: If the disc that is being played does note support the Parental function, the DVD player
cannot restrict access to the disc
Password
Allows the password to be changed. The default password is 0000
Default
Restore the DVD player’s settings to factory default settings.
