After you have installed your Lexan windshield installed on your Honda you can take the straps with 
grommet holes in them and install it on the middle bolt of the windshield.  Put the grommet through the 
bolt and reattach.  The strap with loop should look like the following photo.

Next take the other two straps with Velcro sewn on one end and wrap them around the roll cage in the 
rear just under the Rear Door.  Be sure to wrap the 6" adhesive strip completely around the bar and then 
tightly wrap the double-sided Velcro around the adhesive strip.  See photo below.
