If the device will not be used for a long time, clean up and package the device. After
packing, place it at a dry and well ventilated place.
In case of malfunction or damage
Before you call Customer Service, check whether you can correct the problem/ fault
yourself. See “TROUBLESHOOTING” section. If you can not resolve the problem/error,
please call Customer Service: Not that the Product code (Artikel-Nr.) and Model shall be
made available before you call. You can find this information on the TYPE LABEL of your
product.

Your appliance is processed via Quality Control against any malfunction. However if it is
not operational due to any reason, ensure that you have tried the solutions specified in the
table below before contacting Fakir Authorized Service.

Control and fit the plug into outlet

While the water is
boiling, it is spilling
over.
You may have exceeded
the maximum water level.
Fill the compartment without
exceeding the maximum water level.
