NOTE!
Before using the appliance for first time, boil and pour some water a few times. Then,
your appliance is ready for use.
• Unwind the wrapped wire completely from the heating base.
• Remove all packaging materials and labels from the appliance.
• Place the appliance on a flat, solid surface.
• Press with your finger on the lid of the appliance and it will open automatically.
• Pour the water into the water heater at the desired amount.
• The amount of water you have put in the appliance will be seen with a water level
indicator. Note that the water you filled the appliance is always more than the MIN level
and less than the MAX level, and make sure that the lid is fully closed.
• Do not touch any part of the appliance except the handle when the appliance is in
operation and make sure that the lid of the appliance is properly closed.
• The heater base is located just under the water heater body. Make sure the heater base is
properly placed in the water heater body.
• Plug in the appliance.
• Press the On / Off button and the indicator light will turn to red. Water inside the appliance
will start heating.
• When the water in the appliance boils, the light will turn off automatically when the on/
off button is turned off. The on/off button may be used to stop the water heating of the
appliance in each cycle of water heating.
• You can transfer the hot water to any other container of your choice.
• The appliance has a safety protection circuit against waterless operation. In the event of
waterless operation, the appliance will automatically turn off the heating elements. In such
a case, unplug the appliance from the outlet. After allowing the water heater for 15-20
seconds, you can refill it with water.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Before cleaning the appliance, make sure that it is unplugged and the appliance is cooled
down completely.
• Do not use hard or abrasive detergents to clean the appliance.
• Do not immerse the heater body, plug, cord or heater base ever in water. Do not wash in a
dishwasher.
• Clean ouside of your appliance only with a soft cloth.
• You can wash the inside of your appliance with water.
• We recommend that the appliance is cleaned regularly.
Descaling
• If the appliance turns off automatically before reaching the boiling point, it is a sign that it
should be descaled.
• Add 1/3 vinegar and 2/3 water mixture into the appliance. Pour after boiling 2 or 3 times.
