ENVIRONMENT
At the end of its working life, the
product must not be disposed
of as urban waste. It must be
taken to a special local authority
differentiated waste collection
centre or to a dealer providing
this service.
Disposing of a household appliance
separately avoids possible negative
consequences for the environment and
health deriving from inappropriate disposal
and enables the constituent materials to be
recovered to obtain significant savings in
energy and resources.
To remind you that you must collaborate with
a selective collection scheme, the symbol
shown appears on the product warning
you not to dispose of it in traditional refuse
containers.

This device complies with the European
Directives for Electromagnetic Compatibility
and Low Voltage and in conformity with
EEC regulations related to materials in
contact with food.
3. OPERATING THE APPLIANCE
• Place the mixer on a flat, stable and dry
surface.
• With the mixer switched off, turn the
unlocking button 90º and you can raise the
head of the stand mixer.
• Insert and adjust the desired rod. Place the
bowl on the base.
• Introduce the food to be prepared into the
bowl.
• Lower the head of the stand mixer and
make sure the bowl cover is correctly
fitted.
• Plug the device into the wall socket and
regulate the speed.
• During the preparation, food can be added
through the cover. Never introduce
knives or other metal elements
.
• If the rods have to be changed or any
other operation carried out, switch the
device off.
• Unplug the mixer to clean it.
• Clean the bottom of the bowl and all the
utensils.
Never introduce the base into water .
