Algorithm Version: User can select V2.6 or V3.1 algorithm for
a certain terminal.
The default version is V3.1.
The system will erase all enrolled users’ templates if change
the algorithm version.
Default: This operation will delete all data and configurations.
And then initialize the device to factory setting.
