INSTALLATION-
1.
Disconnect the negative terminal on the battery. Position the front tires of the vehicle to straight ahead.
2.
Locate the factory passenger side lower control arm pivot bolt at the front of the vehicle and remove stock nut.
3.
Locate the L shaped Fabtech bracket with two holes. Place the bracket with the long leg of bracket up and the short side with
the hole over the exposed factory control arm pivot bolt thread. Reinstall the stock nut and torque the nut with the bracket
vertical to the ground. Torque to 110LBS. SEE PHOTOS ON NEXT PAGE.
4.
Locate the L shaped Fabtech bracket with five holes and place on the centerlink using provided u bolts, nuts and washers.
Leave loose.
5.
Locate steering stabilizer and extend the stabilizer shaft half way out of the body. Attach the shaft end of the stabilizer to the
frame bracket using the provided bushings, washers and nut. Attach the shaft end of the stabilizer to the centerlink bracket.
Take care as not to compress or extend the stabilizer shaft from the established half way point of travel. Tighten the Fabtech
centerlink bracket to centerlink. Torque to 20LBS. Tighten the stabilizer bushings to swell the rubber bushings.
6.
Recheck each nut and bolt for proper torque.
7.
Turn the wheels left to right and check for proper turning radius. Adjust the steering stabilizer centerlink bracket to achieve
left to right turning radius as required.
