3) Measure the value A on the tubular motor as described
in figure 3 re.
a
.
4) Make a hole with a drill Ø 3 mm on the roller (Fig. 3 re.
b
)
at the distance A, previously measured on the tubular
motor (Fig. 3 re.
a
).
5) Fit the assembled tubular motor inside the roller from
the side opposite the cover, until the crown adapter is
completely inside the roller (Fig. 4 re.
a
).
3.2 INSTALLATION OF THE TUBULAR MOTOR
6) Fasten the wheel adapter to the roller with a tapping
screw 4x10 fit in the previously drilled hole, like in figure 4
re.
b
.
7) Install the previously chosen motor support from the side
of the electric presetting (Fig. 5 re.
a
).
8) Fit the motor-driven roller in the motor support (Fig.5 re.
b
), and on the cover support (Fig. 5 re.
c
).
9) Check with a level that the motor-driven roller is per-
fectly horizontal; possibly modify the height of the motor
or cover supports.
3.1 ASSEMBLY OF THE TUBULAR MOTOR
1) Fit the crown adapter (Fig. 2 re.
a
) in the tubular mo-
tor, until it is completely inserted in the guide on the travel
stop ring nut.
2) Fit the wheel adapter (Fig. 2 re.
b
) in the motor shaft
and lock it with the supplied stop. (Fig. 2 re.
c
).
If, in the application for roller shutters, you choose the
obstacle detection while lowering, it is necessary to fit
the obstacle detection mechanical sensor (fig. 2 re.
b
A)
before the wheel adapter.
