Troubleshooting:

Possible Solution
Cannot adjust pressure.
Make sure that your engine is throttled up. The engine will only
build a small amount of pressure at idle speed.
Have an uneven spray pattern.
Remove small strainers inside nozzle bodies and see if they are
plugged. Next, remove the bowl on the line strainer to clean out
screen. Finally, check the tip itself for small particles of debris or
dried chemical.
My pressure drops when I use
my boom.
It is common to expect a 5-10 pound pressure drop when boom
is turned on. It is best to set your pressure while the boom is
running to achieve the desired results.
Winterizing Instructions:
1. Empty the sprayer of water and chemical as thoroughly as possible, then run RV anti-freeze
through the entire system. Usually two or three gallons is sufficient. Rule of thumb is: run
enough anti-freeze until the spray becomes pink. Be sure to run it through all spray systems on
your sprayer (boom and/or boomless system and spray wand).
2. Drain all gas from engine (if applicable) to prevent corrosion.
