9. Cleaning & Mainteance
Use a multi-surface sanitizer and cleaner which conforms to EN1276
to clean the Komodo, check the cleaner does not affect any parts of
the chair prior to cleaning.
Ensure the cleaning product instructions are carefully followed.
All parts including underneath should be visibly clean with no blood
and body sub- stances, dust, dirt, debris or spillages.
We recommend the use of Bacillol tissues for cleaning the Komodo,
please follow the manufacturer’s instructions for this product.
Always ensure the Komodo is clean during and
after use.
10. Storage & Transport
During storage and transport remove the battery and fit the battery
bung into place. Always store the chair in a dry environment out of
direct sunlight between the temperatures of –15°C and +45°C.
During transport do not expose the chair to shock, and vibration
should be kept to a minimum.
If lifting the Komodo a minimum of two people must perform this,
the Komodo should be supported via the lower frame.
