4.3 Battery Fitting
The battery is fitted to the chair battery
housing is the same manner as the
charger housing (see 4.2 above). If the
battery bung is fitted remove this and
place it in its holder adjacent to the
battery housing. Insert the battery into
the housing and align the arrow and dot,
the battery will automatically connect,
and a beep will indicate the chair is now
powered.
When replacing the battery bung a slight
twist when inserting will ease fitting
Never use the chair in a wet area without the battery or
bung fitted.
When removing and replacing either the battery or bung ensure
the area around the battery housing is dry.
Never leave an unfitted battery in a wet area.
Never short the battery pins together.
