Emergency Lowering Mechanism

In case of lift failure during use, please follow the following
procedure to safely lower the patient.

The emergency lowering device is located on top of the actuator
shaft. It is intended for use if the actuator stops working while
the patient is lifted. The device consists of a plastic collar ring
that should be turned clockwise continually until the patient is
lowered.

Contact your dealer immediately if the standard troubleshooting
techniques fail to correct the issues. Do not attempt to use the
lift until all failure issues have been safely resolved.

Note: The emergency lowering devices is intended for use
during lift failure only. This device will allow lowering of patients
only. Please contact your dealer immediately in case of failure.
