The EyeOn Air device includes a two year return-to-depot warranty. To submit a warranty claim, please send an email to
[email protected] including your name, phone number, serial number of the device, and description of the issue.
An EyeTech team member will contact you within 24 hours to troubleshoot over the phone. If EyeTech determines that
a repair is necessary, you will be responsible for shipping the device to EyeTech’s repair depot. EyeTech will repair or
replace the defective component and will return ship the repaired or replaced device to you at our cost. Please note
that conducting self-repairs or repairs through an unauthorized third party may negate EyeTech’s return-to-depot
warranty.
To clean the EyeOn Air device, gently spray an all-purpose or window cleaner (such as Windex) on the device and wipe
off with a soft cloth (such as microfiber). Avoid using strong cleaning substances, such as bleach.
The EyeOn Air device uses a Li-ion battery. Do not dispose of the battery in the garbage when replacing. EyeTech uses a
third party agent for battery disposal. Go to
https://www.call2recycle.org/start-recycling/
and follow the directions
listed there.
