Troubleshooting
Problem #1 : My Ward is not seen in software.
Solutions:
✓
Check your internet connection. If your computer is not connected as
same network as your devices, you wouldn’t find your Ward.
✓
Restart your Ward by plug-out and plug-in the power cable. Wait for
until green light turns on.
✓
Click Find Devices if desired Ward cannot be found.

Click Try Again if no device was found.
