) to see the issues that have been addressed by
the latest update.

). Note where the file is saved.
Installing Firmware Loader
1. Once
Firmware Loader
has been downloaded, run the .exe file from the save
location. The
Installation Wizard
window opens.
2. Follow the instructions on the
Installation Wizard
screens to install
Firmware
Loader
on the computer. The installation creates the necessary subfolders of
C:\ Program Files
and the necessary groups. It places the appropriate files into the
correct group folders:

Folder

C:\Program Files\Extron\FWLoader
Downloading Firmware to a PC
1. Power on a computer connected to the same network as the transmitter or receiver.
2. On the Extron website , mouse over the Download tab in the menu bar along the top of
the page (see figure 18,

).

3. Click Firmware in the drop‑down menu (

page opens (see figure 19 on page 26).
