STAND-BY: EXPLANATION
With the use of this mode, the stove automatically switches off if the room temperature is higher to that
adjusted by the customer on the display.
The temperature diff erence between room and the adjustment made must be higher by 2°C.
Example of automatic switch off :

When the stove is switched off , the room temperature will start to decrease due to the heat loss of the
home.
The moment the room temperature is lower than the adjustment made by the customer on the display,
the stove will automatically re-ignite.
The diff erence between the room temperature and that adjusted by the customer must be higher by 2°C.

STAND-BY USE WITH EXTERNAL ADDITIONAL THERMOSTAT
If the customer wants to use an external thermostat the set temperature must be set at minimum from
the display by repeatedly pressing key “2” until
LOU
appears, alternatively until
SET ROOM
appears. At
this point, after having connected the external room thermostat to the stove, the room temperature will
be read exclusively by the same thermostat. Therefore, the customer will no longer have to decide the set
temperature from the stove display, but from the external thermostat.
If the STAND-BY mode has been activated the following situation will occur:
External thermostat under request
contact closed
Stove ignition
ON FIRE
Satisfi ed external thermostat
contact open
Stove switch-off
