• Poor wireless signal, poor
image quality
- Wireless devices, such as wireless speakers, can reduce signal strength.
Keep the intercom and mobile device as far as possible from other
wireless devices.
Marks or dust on the camera lens can lower the image quality. Clean the
camera lens with a cloth designed for cleaning camera lenses.
• The movement detection
function does not work or is
too sensitive
- Maker sure the movement detection function has been activated.
- In movement detection mode, an object must enter the camera's field of
vision in order to trigger movement detection and recording.
• The application cannot record
video
- Make sure the micro SD card has been properly inserted and is not write-
protected.
- Make sure the movement detection function has been activated.
- Format the micro SD card during first use
- Make sure the memory card used is class 10
• Bright spots appear in night
vision mode
The camera's infra-red LEDs produce invisible light that can reflect off
certain surfaces, such as glass.
• No sound is coming from the
intercom panel
- Check that the intercom panel’s microphone hole is not obstructed by an
insect.
• Image is too bright - Do not expose the camera lens to direct sunlight or to a reflective sur-
face.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
This product is guaranteed for parts and labour in our workshops.
The warranty does not cover: consumables (batteries, etc.) and damage caused by misuse, improper use, improper
installation, external intervention, damage due to physical or electrical shocks, dropping, or atmospheric phenom-
ena.
• Do not open the device, as this will void the warranty.
• If the unit is returned for servicing, protect the unit to prevent scratches.
