them

performing

 

tests.

 

The

 

battery

 

indicator

 

on

 

the

 

upper

 

left

 

alerts

 

the

 

user

 

when

 

battery

 

power

 

is

 

low.

 

The

 

battery

 

compartment

 

is

 

accessed

 

through

 

the

 

back

 

of

 

the

 

meter

 

secured

 

by

 

one

 

Phillips

 

head

 

screw.

BACKLIGHT

 

Press

 

and

 

hold

 

the

 

backlight

 

button

 

for

seconds

 

to

 

switch

 

the

 

backlight

 

on

 

or

 

off.

 

For

 

best

 

battery

 

efficiency

 

use

backlight

 

only

 

when

 

needed.

 

HOLD

 

The

 

automatic

 

hold

 

function

 

freezes

 

the

 

insulation

 

resistance

 

reading

 

in

 

the

 

display

 

for

 

a

 

short

 

period

 

of

 

time

 

for

 

convenience.

   

 

LOW

 

BATTERY

 

INDICATION

appears

 

in

 

the

 

display,

 

the

 

batteries

 

should

 

be

 

replaced.
