10 Troubleshooting
Defects Possible reason Solution
The vacuum
cleaner doesn’t
work.
The appliance is not switched on. Switch the
appliance on.
The electrical plug is defective.
Contact a qualified
technician.
The appliance is not plugged into
the receptacle.
Plug the appliance
into the
receptacle.
If the vacuum
cleaner does not
have any suction
power
An accessory part: The hose or
pipe or nozzles or brushes are
blocked. Remove whatever
is causing the
blockage.
The HEPA filter is soaked/dirty Clean the filter.
If the vacuum
cleaner doesn’t
work as it ought to
or if there are
noises and/or
whistling sounds.

The dust container is full.
Empty it and clean
it.
The cover of the container is not

Rewinding the cord
is slow: unwind it
and press the
button again.
