Press the adjustment button and turn it anticlockwise to the dot after the “PILOT”
position (see the arrow in the illustration).
Hold the adjustment button in for approximately 30 seconds.
Continue to hold the adjustment button and press the IGNITER button repeatedly
until the pilot comes on.
Once the pilot is lit, hold the adjustment button for a further 30 seconds.
You can see the pilot through the small window at the bottom of the burner (next to
the control panel).
Then turn the adjustment button to HI (maximum heat output) so that the pilot lights
the burner, and allow the patio heater to heat up for 5 minutes.
Once the patio heater has warmed up, turn the adjustment button to the required heat
setting between HI (maximum) and LO (minimum).
If the pilot will not come on, try again or follow the instructions under
Troubleshooting.
