Lift the bagger top and install the bags by sliding the
bag frame hooks onto the retaining brackets.

Install the upper bagger tube by inserting the curved
end into the opening in the bagger top. Make sure
the flared end with the retention post is pointing
down and forward in preparation to be mated with
the Finishing Kit.

Align the hole in the rubber hood latch with the
hood rod.

Push the hood latch over the end of the latch rod as
shown in Figure 12.

WARNING
An uncovered discharge opening could allow the
lawn mower to throw objects in the operator or
bystander's direction and result in serious injury.
Also, contact with the blade could occur.
Never operate the lawn mower unless you install
a cover plate, a mulch plate, or a grass chute and
catcher.
