9. Warranty
9.1 Warranty
EXHAUSTO products are warranted for a period of two (2) years following the date of invoice.
Replacement or repair will be at EXHAUSTO’s discretion, provided factory inspection shows a defect
in material or workmanship.
In addition, The EXHAUSTO Models RS and RSV Chimney Fans are warranted against corrosion
perforation for a period of 10 years following the invoice date. Repairs or replacements will be at
EXHAUSTO’s discretion.
The original end-user of EXHAUSTO Chimney Fans Models RS and RSV qualifies for a 6-month
Performance Guarantee. If the user is not completely satisfied with the chimney fan, it can be
returned to the dealer for a full refund for up to 6-months after the date of purchase.
It is a requirement that the Warranty Registration Form that comes with the product has been
completed and returned to EXHAUSTO and that the chimney fan has been used.
9.2 Warranty Disclaimer
EXHAUSTO accepts no responsibility for its products if used improperly, nor will EXHAUSTO be liable
for any damage of any kind, special, indirect or consequential.
