EXFO Electro-Optical Engineering (EXFO) warrants this equipment against any
material and workmanship defects for a period of one year from the date of original
shipment, and that this equipment will meet applicable specifications under normal
use.
During the warranty period, EXFO will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or issue credit
for any defective product, and will recalibrate the equipment if necessary.
The warranty can become null and void if the equipment has been tampered with,
repaired, or worked upon by unauthorized individuals or non-EXFO personnel; if the
warranty sticker or case screws, other than those specified in this manual, have been
removed; if the equipment serial number has been altered, erased, or removed; or if
the equipment has been misused, neglected, or damaged by accident.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR
STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT
SHALL EXFO BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES.
EXFO shall not be liable for damages to, or failures of other products which may have
been caused by the use of this product.
EXFO reserves the right to make changes to any of its products at any time without
having to change previously purchased units. This warranty does not cover
accessories used with EXFO products.
EXFO certifies that this equipment met its published specifications at the time of
shipment from the factory.
EXFO commits to providing product service and repair for five years after the date of
purchase. To obtain service or repair for any equipment, call EXFO Customer Support
Group. Never send any equipment back to EXFO without a return merchandise
authorization (RMA).
