| Excel Roadster DX8

Problem analysis and solutions

It is possible that some problems may occure during use of your Excel scooter. The form below shows the meaning

of the different light signals. If you experience problems you can not find in this form, we advise you to contact an

official Van Os Medical dealer.

Battery voltage is too high

Current limit time out / Controller overheated

Brake fault / scooter is in freewheel

Throttle not in neutral when power is turned on

Speed pot error

Motor connection fault

9 x

Internal controller error

It is important that you consult in case of error with your dealer. Except for 1 and 2 flashes. In that case you need to

recharge the batteries. On for all other, you need to ask your dealer what to do. Never repair your scooter yourself.

When you do this, the warranty expires.
