IF THERE IS A SEVERE LOSS IN WATER PRESSURE WHEN THE SOFTENER UNIT IS INITIALLY PLACED IN SERVICE,
THE SOFTENER TANK MAY HAVE BEEN LAID ON ITS SIDE DURING TRANSIT. IF THIS OCCURS, BACKWASH THE
SOFTENER TO "RECLASSIFY" THE MEDIA.
