4. Powering On the Base Unit with its Extension Cards
When the Base Unit is powered on, it takes approximately 25 seconds for the unit to go
through its self-test procedure. The slots in which the extension cards have been inserted
and their type are detected during this process.
If the boot process completes normally, you should observe the following LED status
