Connection socket, “+” welding current
• Insert the cable plug of the welding current lead (intermediate hose package) into the connection so-
cket, welding current "-" and lock by turning to the right.
• Insert the cable plug on the work piece lead into the "+" welding current connection socket and lock by
turning to the right.
5.4.2 Welding task selection
For selection of the welding task and for general operation see the relevant Control operating instructions.
5.5 Remote control
The remote controls are operated via the 19-pole remote control connection socket (analogue) or
the 7-pole remote control connection socket (digital), depending on the model.
Read and observe the documentation to all system and accessory components!
5.6 Interfaces for automation
WARNING
Do not carry out any unauthorised repairs or modifications!
To avoid injury and equipment damage, the unit must only be repaired or modified by
specialist, skilled persons!
The warranty becomes null and void in the event of unauthorised interference.
• Appoint only skilled persons for repair work (trained service personnel)!
Unsuitable control cables or incorrect input/output signal assignment can cause damage to the
machine. Use shielded control cables only.
