Select welding task
The welding task is selected using the buttons on the machine control on the welding machine.
Signal lights (LED) display the welding parameter selection.
Set the welding task in the following order:

DC welding with negative polarity at the torch (or electrode holder) with
respect to the workpiece.

This button is used to select the welding parameters depending on the welding process
and operating mode used.

Welding parameter setting rotary dial
Setting currents, times and parameters.

Welding data display
The welding data display shows all relevant welding parameters and their values depending on the
selection made. Next to the controller display is an "arrow key" for selecting between welding current and
voltage.
Other parameter displays are described later in this chapter.
