WARNING
Risk of injury from electric shock!
Contact with live parts, e.g. welding current sockets, is potentially fatal!
• Follow safety instructions on the opening pages of the operating instructions.
• Commissioning may only be carried out by persons who have the relevant expertise of
working with arc welding machines!
• Connection and welding leads (e.g. electrode holder, welding torch, workpiece lead,
interfaces) may only be connected when the machine is switched off!
Read and observe the documentation to all system and accessory components!

Assembly/disassembly
WARNING
Risk of accidents due to unlocked tension closures!
When mounting a power source with cooling unit, ensure a clean
environment and proper installation. In case of incorrect
installation, the cooling unit can come loose and cause severe
injuries.
• Remove any dirt from the power source machine feet and the
cooling unit tension closures before installation.
• Before transportation, check the closure is securely locked
(completely rotate the tension closures clockwise and snap in)!
Assembly and disassembly is very simple and doesn't require any tools.

• Lift the wing-tip handles on the tension bracket closure (A2) and turn anti-clockwise (B2) until the
locking hook is extended.
