4.8.1 lAP download description
1 Connection:
• Switch off the MFC mains voltage.
• Connect the PC to the MFC using the interface cable

Set up the connection cable as described below:
Connection: RS232
Terminal MFC
9-pin D-Sub (PC/Laptop)
TxD13 ------------------------------>Pin 2 RxD
RxD14 ------------------------------>Pin 3 TxD
GND15------------------------------>Pin 5 GND
• Switch on the MFC mains voltage.
• Switch the MFC into download mode.
The menu for this mode is located in Input/Output under
interface.
• Set RS232 to IAP download.
See Instruction Manual „MFC”.
2 Load program Update.exe
and press START.
3 Load wtf file to MFC
Load file "z.B. MFCV0100.wtf"
(Version 01.00 of MFC).
