The MSO info screens can be customized to a certain extent, with information from the headend controller.

Specifically, there is an

MSO Phone Number

field that can be set by the operator. Please consult with your headend

controller manufacture for modification of the MSO phone number field to understand its effect on the DTA on-

screen messaging for service interruptions and activation support.
