Cleaning the print head
Recommended cleaning cycle: If you notice poor-quality printing or after a period of inactivity.

brand.
The cleaning pen may be used up to 8 times.
NOTE
!
Unplug the printer from its power supply before cleaning the print head.
Follow the cleaning cycles carefully.
Avoid any contact between the print head and any metal or sharp objects.
Avoid touching the print head directly with your fingers, as this could affect print quality or permanently damage the print head.
You must also protect the print head and its components from any discharge of static electricity.
Follow the procedure below:

Remove the cover from the cleaning pen.

Unplug the power supply, open the cover, and find the print head.

Gently rub the pen from left to right along the print head as indicated for a few seconds.

Close the cover. Reconnect the printer.

Warning! As the T-shaped cards, the cleaning pen should not dry out or it would no longer work.

Please wait until the alcohol has completely evaporated before re-connecting the printer.
