VIDEO MONITOR TAB
The
Video Monitor
section enables the user to view the status of video related parameters. The following
sections describe the monitoring in greater detail.

6.3.1. Video Monitor
6.3.1.1.
PGM IN A BNC Vid Std
The
Main PGM IN BNC Video Std
reports if a valid video signal is presented to PGM IN A and what
standard has been detected when it is present.
6.3.1.2.
PGM IN B BNC Vid Std
The
Backup PGM IN BNC Video Std
reports if a valid video signal is presented to PGM IN B and what
standard has been detected when it is present.

Input Video BNC
The
Input Video BNC
reports what input BNC has been selected to pass through the main up/down/cross
conversion path.
6.3.1.4.
Reference Status
The
Reference Status
is used to see where the current valid reference standard is being applied to the
module. When no reference is detected, the Reference Status window will state None.
6.3.1.5.
External Genlock Video Standard
The
External Genlock Video Standard
monitor is used to determine what type of genlock standard is
being applied to the input reference BNC reported by the Reference Status monitor.

Video Payload ID
The
Video Payload ID
reports if a valid Video Payload ID ANC packet has been detected and will display
the decoded video format information.
