• Place the wall plate against the wall and line up the holes. Screw six lag bolts (C) and six washers
(G) into the concrete anchors. Do not over-tighten.

• This mount comes with a selection of different screw diameters and lengths to accommodate a
wide variety of flat panel models. You may have to test each screw to determine which fits best.
• If the back of your flat panel is flat and the mounting holes are flush with the surface, you will likely
use the shorter screws (M, O, Q, or S) with washers (H, I, J, or K and E or F).
• If the back of your flat panel is curved, has a protrusion, or if the mounting holes are recessed, you
will likely use the longer screws (N, P, R, or T) with washers (H, I, J, or K and E or F). You may
also need to use spacers (L).
• Make sure the distance from each adaptor bracket to the top of the flat panel is equal, and as
centered as possible.
