Installation
1.
Set the Power Selector Switch (beside the power socket on the rear panel) to the
correct position so that the number shown is the same as the local AC voltage.
2. Connect
a
PS2 Mouse
to the
Mouse Connector (PS2 Port)
.
3. Connect
a
VGA
or
SVGA
monitor to the
VGA Monitor Out
.
4.
Connect at least one camera to the
Video Input
connectors.
(
NOTE:
Synchronizing or phasing cameras are not required to achieve the
frame rate of 60/30 fps for NTSC/EIA or 50/25 fps for PAL/CCIR).
5.
Make sure that Hard Drive #1 is set to master and Hard Drive #2 is set to slave.
Be sure to unlock the door of the disk tray before you pull out the tray.

MAKE SURE THE LOCK/UNLOCK SWITCH IS IN THE
LOCK POSTION BEFORE POWERING UP THE DVR.

6.
Plug the 115V AC or 230V AC power source into the power socket.
7.
Connect any other optional devices you may have.
8.
Now power on the DVR, it may take about 1 minute to display the main screen.
It may take 40-50 seconds to display the main screen.
