and glutes.
With feet securely on foot pedals and hands
gripping the handles, keep your left foot in a
prone position as you slowly glide your right
leg backwards, then slowly bring the right
leg forward, concentrating on your glute and
thigh muscles. Make each move controlled
and precise. Do 12 times on the right leg,
then repeat on the opposite leg.

Works inner and outer thighs and
glutes.
With feet securely on foot pedals and hands
gripping the handles, sweep your legs
outward, laterally, to the sides in a controlled
manner, then slowly move them back inward
to the starting position. Inhale as you move
your legs outward and exhale as you move
them inward. Gradu ally increase the sweep
width, concentrating on squeezing your
glutes and outer thighs as you sweep out. As
you return to the starting position, squeeze
with your inner thighs and glutes, controlling
the motion with your outer thighs. Complete
12 controlled outward and 12 controlled
inward sweeps.
