Installing the Base with Lower
Anchor Connectors

DEATH or SERIOUS
INJURY can occur.
Using your full weight, push the base firmly into
the vehicle seat, while pulling up on the strap to
tighten.
The lower anchor connector assembly strap
must be as tight as possible.
DO NOT
use this child restraint if it moves more than 2.5
cm (1 in.) side-to-side or front to back at the belt path.
Move the child restraint to another seating location, try
to tighten the lower anchor assembly again, or install
with vehicle belts as shown on the following pages.
