Installing Lap/Shoulder Belt (Preferred Method)

NEVER place vehicle belt over

LockStrong,

even in a vehicle

with longer Buckle Stalks. This will

prevent proper operation of the

Car Seat.
Some vehicle lap/shoulder belts

have a plastic button or extra fold

of webbing on the belt.

Do not

allow these to interfere with belt

routing through

LockStrong

they interfere:
a. Shift the Base slightly to the

left or right to eliminate the

interference.

b. Use

LATCH

if within the

weight limit, or

c. Move the Car Seat to a

different location.
