6. Troubleshooting
Problem

The wall box
does not react
No power to the wall box

Make sure that the residu-
al-current device and circuit
breaker on the service panel
are on (check by user).
•
Make sure that the supply
cable entering the wall box
is energised. The LED ring
should be on.
•
Turn off the power to the wall
box. Turn it on again after 20
seconds by flipping the circuit
breaker or main switch to the
wall box.
The LED ring
does not show
any color after
the power to
the wall box is
turned on
Improper installation of the
charging cable
Check/repeat steps 3.3 and 3.4 in
“Install charging cable” chapter.
Residual-current
device prevents
charging.
