Stick the food into the skewers.
Be careful not to place the food till the end of the skewers so as not to block the
rotation of the appliance.
Leave a margin of about 5 cm minimum at each end of the skewers as shown on
the diagram.
Insert 2 or 3 skewers onto the appliance on the accessible slots.
Switch on the switch to start the rotation. Turn off again and insert the remaining skewers.
Warning ! Always check that the appliance is not hot before starting to place the skewers on!
Switch on the switch to start the device.
The cooking time depends on the result you want and your personal taste.
Stay close to appliance in order to check from time to time the cooking state and to make sure the food
does not burn.
When your food looks done, turn OFF the device.
Use the food clamp to pick the skewers from the accessible slots.
Switch ON the switch to re-start the rotation. When the last skewers are accessible, turn off again and
use the food clamp to pick the last skewers.
Do not touch the hot surface. Keep the appliance out of reach of children.
During operation and due to heat, splashes may emanate from the foods installed on the skewers.
Consider installing the unit on a surface that will be easily cleaned after use.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Always disconnect the appliance from the wall socket and allow it to cool down completely before any
cleaning operation.

Clean the outside of the appliance with a soft, damp cloth. Thoroughly dry the outside of the
appliance with a clean, dry cloth.
Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.
Do not put in dishwasher!

You can put the fat collecting tray, the skewers in the dishwasher if you want to, or you can
clean them by hand with warm water and soap.

The grill and the heating tube can be cleaned with oven cleaner products. Do not apply too
much pressure to avoid damaging the heating tube.
Do not use coarse or abrasive sponges/cloths or steel wool to clean the appliance.
