Attention: After grinding, the knife will be very sharp. Grinding time should not exceed 2 minutes.
Before using the machine again, make sure that it has been cool down for at least 20 minutes.
4.8 Before using the knife sharpener, please make sure that it’s clean.
Instructions: Pull the knife smoothly from left to right on both sides of slot to ensure the same sharpness.
If the blade is about 20 cm, it needs about 6 seconds to grind, if the blade is shorter, 3-4 seconds will be
enough. Press the knife with force to ensure that the blade and grindstone contact closely. But too much
strength will not improve the sharpening efficiency.
4.9 For serrate knife, please only use the fine grindstone slot (2). Instruction follow 4.5.
Instructions: the serrate knife can’t be as sharp as flat blade. They are used for rough material, for
example, the bread.
5. GRINDING AFTER USE
5.1 For flat blade knife, we should use the fine grinding slot, so that it can protect the metal not be grinded
too much (Slot 2.) Instruction follow 4.5.
5.2 If the knife is very blunt, instruction follow 4.4.
5.3 For serrate blade, instruction follow 4.9.
6. CLEANING AND STORAGE

In daily use, the dust may attach to the knife blade fast, please clean the knife and machine before
and after using.

Before cleaning the machine, make sure the power supply is disconnected.
•
Take off the plastic shell and use a brush to clean the dust.
•
Put back the plastic shell on the slot after cleaning.
•
Keep the machine into original package when you do not use it.
•
Keep the machine in a dry environment and keep it away from heat source.
