CLEANING
1. Stop the air compressor and open the drain valve under the frame.
2. Disconnect the air hose connecting air compressor and machine.
3. Take the spray nozzle of and clean it.
4. Open the spray lance to lower the product pressure inside the hose.
5. Disconnect the spray lance and clean it.
6. Press the “MANU“ (2) button (L2) lighting in order to run the machine and evacuate the product
from the tank.
7. Press the “REVERSE“ (3) button during 1 second.
8. Take the safety shaft out and move the electric motor down.
9. Take out the mixing shaft (paddle) out of the tank and clean it.
10. Install the straight shaft with the cleaning device (the end stop has to be in down position).
11. Move the electric motor up and install again the safety shaft.
12. Press “Water back“ (6) button, fill to a level higher than the lower part of the cone of the tank body.
13. Press “MANU“ (2) button, the machine is starting, increase the water delivery to (500 l/h) during 2
minutes.
14. Disconnect the Static Mixer and clean it.
15. Insert the foam balls inside the pump outlet and connect the product hose (WITHOUT THE STATIC
MIXER).
16. Press the “MANU“ (2) button (L2) lighting in order to run the machine and wait until the balls
come out of the hose . Press “MANU“ (2) button to stop the machine.
17. Repeat the operation twice (15 & 16).
18. Press the button “Reverse“ (3) button during 1 second.
19. Take the safety shaft out and move the electric motor down .
20. use the crank shaft to unscrew the rotor completely, take of the straight shaft and cleaning device
from the tank.
21. Disconnect the electric connecting plug from the electric motor and take it of.
22. WARNING !!! Don’t forget to reinstall the waterteight cap on the electric connecting device on the
machine.
